SPACE TO THINK
You already know what you think you should do. But something keeps getting in the way — noise, pressure, other people’s expectations. I work with leaders, teams, and individuals who need space to think with real clarity and find their own answers. Not advice. Not frameworks. Just genuine, uninterrupted thinking — the kind that leads to decisions you can stand behind. Sustainable change.

EMCC EIA Accredited Coach and Time to Think® Facilitator

Who I am
I am an anaesthestesist and intensive care doctor— trained to keep people alive when the outcome is uncertain, and to lead teams through situations where there is no time to get it wrong. Twenty years across the UK, Europe and Africa — from helicopter emergency medicine to paediatric anaesthesia and ICU. That world taught me something coaching school never could: what it actually takes to stay calm, make decisions, and bring people with you under pressure. Now I bring that into leadership coaching and team development.
WHAT I OFFER
01.
Executive Coaching
1:1 coaching grounded in the Thinking Environment®. Creating the conditions for independent, high-quality thinking — so you can make better decisions, lead with clarity, and find your own answers.

02.
Team Development
Facilitation, workshops and team programmes for high-performance teams. Drawing on 20+ years of leading complex teams in critical environments across the UK, Europe and Africa.

03.
Human Factors Training
Simulation-based training and CRM workshops drawing on real-world experience in critical care, pre-hospital medicine and complex surgery. Bringing human factors principles into leadership and team development.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF COACHING
No Advice. No Interruption.
Most coaching gives you more to think about. This does the opposite — it gives you space to think more clearly about what you already know. No advice unless you ask. No interruption. No pressure to perform. Just the conditions for your best thinking.
Grounded in the Thinking Environment®
The Thinking Environment® is a method developed by Nancy Kline. Its central insight is simple: the quality of everything we do depends on the quality of our thinking — and the quality of our thinking depends on how well we are listened to. Most people have never experienced that kind of listening. It changes things.
Rare Combination of Skills
Twenty years as a doctor in high-stakes environments — anaesthesia, intensive care, helicopter medicine, paediatric emergencies — alongside EMCC-accredited coaching and international teaching. It is an unusual combination. It is also exactly what some problems need.
